Heather Berry Nicholas is a founding partner of Willis & Nicholas, PLLC, focusing on family law, divorce, and related matters in chancery courts across Mississippi. She also focuses her practice on estate planning, where she helps clients craft meaningful and effective plans tailored to their individual needs.

She partnered with Amelia Willis, Esq. and founded Willis & Nicholas, PLLC in July 2018. In 2019, she organized and oversaw the opening of a second location in Mendenhall, Mississippi. Willis and Nicholas, PLLC is respects of the benefits of preserving her clients’ financial resources and sensitive family dynamics.

Using a variety of advanced litigation techniques, both in and out of the courtroom, they strive to favorably settle issues and cases when possible. Should litigation be needed, Mrs. Nicholas is a skilled attorney with a reputation for detail and preparation with a proven track record for delivering client satisfaction.

She believes her role as an attorney is to advocate strategically for her client’s interests and fight fiercely to achieve the best results possible for her clients. She is a member of the Mississippi Bar and licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Mississippi, as well as the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.

In her spare time, she enjoys listening to True Crime podcasts, reading, traveling, cooking and spending time outdoors with her family. Mrs. Nicholas, a native of Magee, MS, now lives in Jackson, with her husband and two sons.
